Here are the steps we take to ensure we provide excellent custom building providing an end result you rave about:
Step One: Your Designs
We work with an architect and designer to create a detailed plan for the building, including the layout, materials, and finishes. If your project involves site work, we will bring in a civil engineer for this part of the project.
Step Two: Permitting
We will obtain all necessary permits from the local authorities, including building permits, zoning permits, and environmental permits.
Step Three: Site Preperation
Once the designing, planning, and permitting is complete we begin site preparation. Starting with an empty lot, this involves clearing the site, grading the land and preparing the foundation.
Step Four: Construction Begins
We then begin the actual building of the structure, starting with the foundation, followed by framing, roofing, electrical, heating and cooling and plumbing systems, and finishing touches such as painting, flooring and fixtures.
Step Five: Completion & Inspection
Once the building is complete, a final inspection is conducted, and the appropriate certificates are issued. The building can then be occupied and put to use. Throughout the construction process, inspections are necessary to ensure that the building is meeting all safety and regulatory standards.
