Founded by three friends, Shelby Construction was envisioned to provide outstanding construction services and forge enduring partnerships with clients.

Starting in Construction at the age of 13, Sean is a licensed electrician and has run multi-million dollar projects. He is a co-owner of Shelby Construction. Father of 4, Husband, and Electrician.

Ryan Sigley

Ryan oversees project planning and estimating at Shelby Construction, ensuring every build is accurately scoped and aligned with client goals. With over eight years in construction and renovation, a BA from Penn State, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore, he brings both technical and analytical expertise to the team. A proud husband and father of two, Ryan and his family call Tampa Bay home.

Once his sons began their own journey, John decided he wanted to bring his knowledge to Florida. Playfully known as Big John, he is loved by our clients. Father of 2, Amazing Site Supervisor and former Strongman Champion.
