Design and Concepts
We will sit down with you and work out your ideal vision for your existing home. Our team will listen to your needs and discover the best path forward. We will bring our ideas and experience to the conversation and go over rough costs and possible options for your goals.
Planning and Budgeting
With your renovation goals in mind, we will assist you with plans and engineering (if needed) so that the project can be budgeted and permitted.
Demo and Site Preparation
Once permits are approved, we will begin with the demolition of the space(s) that are being transformed. We will set up site protection so that we may confine our work space and leave the rest of the home protected.
Build Back
Once the area has been demolished per the plans, we will begin with the build back. If we are doing an addition, we will begin to form this and build the exterior walls and roof system. In some instances, we may build the addition before we demolish the interior space to keep your home even more protected during the process. We will install the roof, windows and doors and match the exterior finish to the rest of the home so that the addition is ready for the inside renovations to begin.
Internal Systems
When doing a renovation or addition, we will work with your existing structure to tie in the new electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Each project is different and homes may need to be brought up to modern building codes.
Finishes
Once the systems are installed, we will begin interior finishes. This will start with insulation, drywall and the first coat of paint. Once this is done, we will begin tile, flooring, interior wood trim, doors and cabinets.
Final Touches
We will do a walk through to create a final punch list and complete any final touches. Our goal is to ensure we have met both our standard of craftsmanship and your expectations fully.
